Also, Saturday mornings may occasionally be available.

The best way to schedule your session is to call:
(920) 422-0681

If you get my voicemail, please leave a message and
I'll be sure to get back to you within 24 hours.
I am very diligent about returning calls.  If you let me know
what the best time of day is to reach you, I'll try you then. smile

Things to know before scheduling your massage session:

Sickness/illness:
I understand that sickness can happen without warning.

Colds, Flu, Cough, Fever, Infections, Fungus, etc...

Please cancel your appointment when you are feeling unwell.

This protects your massage therapist, other clients, and you as massage may worsen your condition.

Under 18 years of age:
Any client under the age of 18 must have written/signed permission by a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving any massage or bodywork.  Additionally, it is recommended that the parent/guardian accompany the minor to at least their first session to review their health history form and answer any questions.  The parent/guardian may stay in the treatment room for the duration of the session if they, their minor, and/or the therapist would want.

If this is your first massage session at my office:
You will need to fill out a brief health history form.  This takes only 10-15 minutes.  You may simply arrive at your scheduled time, but please allow 10-15 minutes extra for the time your session will be finished.

What to drink: Please prepare for your massage by drinking extra water before and after your massage.  Do NOT drink alcohol.  If you have consumed a substantial amount of alcohol within 24 hours prior to your appointment, you should not receive massage or bodywork.  Please plan accordingly.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing.  Please be ready by removing jewelry and any heavy eye make-up.

Pregnancy, fever, chronic illness, systemic disease, communicable disease/virus, recent injury, recent surgery or hospitalization: Please call ahead to consult with your therapist about specific conditions as massage may not be advisable for you.  If you arrive for your appointment with a condition that your therapist feels is a contraindication for massage (where the massage may be unhealthy for you, or for your therapist), I reserve the right to deny bodywork until your condition is gone, or your doctor gives written permission for massage/bodywork.  If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, or if you are having a high risk pregnancy, please consult with your physician before scheduling for massage.  You may be asked to sign a waiver form before your massage session.

Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

A minimum of 24 hour advance notice is most appreciated when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for the time you had reserved.

No-shows:
Anyone who is 15 or more minutes late without calling, either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” They may be charged for their “missed” appointment, and payment would be due prior to scheduling the next session.  If you happen to honestly forget, please call to reschedule.  I appreciate your consideration and respect for my time.

Late Arrivals:
If you know you are running behind and will be more than 5-10 minutes late, please call and let me know as soon as you're able.

If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate if possible to be sure you get your full session time; however, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you may be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly.

Thank you for your consideration.  I look forward to serving you!
