How is Body Kneads unique? I care about your wellbeing both on and off the massage table, so I take time getting to know you and your day-to-day experience in your body to better understand and assess your needs. I like to think of myself as a massage detective -- not only treating your areas of pain, but seeking to understand the root cause of the problem so I can help solve it.
QUALITY My focus is initiating change and reducing pain for a better quality of life. If you suffer from chronic tension, headaches, limitations in range of motion or other soft tissue conditions, I can help. The oils and products I use are of high quality, natural, without any synthetics or additives.
DETAILED I pay attention to every detail to be sure you are relaxed, comfortable, and enjoying your experience in my care -- from the oils, room temperature, lighting, music, linens, and aesthetic decor, to the flow of the techniques, amount of pressure, controlled table temperature, golden flax sinus pillow, steamy towels, if you need a tissue or drink of water during your session... The Body Kneads difference is in the details!
KNOWLEDGE I share self-care tips and my expertise to help you feel your best between sessions. Sometimes a small change can make a big difference. For example, doing simple stretches, changing your sleeping habits or the way you sit at your desk can alleviate the aggravation that's causing pain.
HEALING To restore your muscles back to health I use fine tuned skills ranging from relaxing, methodical, light pressure, to deep tissue with a variety of techniques, thermotherapy and cryotherapy. Every massage is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
